This site has no advertising, no third-party trackers and no cookie banner, because it sets no cookies of its own.
- WHAT IS COLLECTED
- Only what you type into the enquiry form: your answers to the six questions, your name, your organisation if you give it, and one email address.
- WHY
- To read your enquiry and reply to it. Nothing else.
- HOW IT IS STORED
- The submission is sent to Compelete by email and held in that inbox. There is no CRM, no marketing list and no third-party sharing.
- ANALYTICS
- If analytics is enabled it is configured without cookies and without cross-site identifiers, and records page paths and a small set of interaction events only.
- RETENTION
- Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted within twelve months. Engagement records are retained as required for contract and tax purposes.
- YOUR RIGHTS
- Ask for a copy of what you sent, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address on this site and a person will action it.
